    The plants are integrating the most advanced technology, utilizing the world leading remote fixed temperature heating technology  andlow temperature depolymerization technology and adopting  pyrolysis catalystof low temperatur and high efficient sulfur removal, therefore,  it is a significant breakthrough in the  application area of the  international converting scrap tire or waste plastic into oil through  pyrolysis reaction under normal pressure.. The  fixed-temperature and dynamic heat supplying and heat receiving solves the inevitable disadvantage of poor safety performance, low oil output and thermal efficiency and weak oil quality caused by all high temperature heating modes such as dry heating, direct heating and other modes.  Moreover, the  dynamic heating mode  especially settles the grave problem-short equipment lifespan caused by equipment decarbonization oxidation and deformation which are resulted from partial superheat.
 
1.Equipment Model
 
1)Tire Recycling Plant -- Production Line of Rubber Which Is Produced Liquid Fuel Oil. Process capacity: (3,000; 5,000; 10,000; 20,000 tons/year)
 
2)Waste Plastic Recycling Plant -- Production Line of Waste Plastic Which Is Produced Liquid Fuel Oil.

Note:  Flammable gas will be recycled by the equipment self after thescrubbing procession.
 
2)Energy consumption:
- Tire Crushed process :1ton tire needs 35Kw - 40Kw electric power
- Tire Pyrolysis process :1 ton tire needs 80Kw - 85kw /Hr electric power.
- Water consumption:10,000t production line needs 120-150 cubic meters
- Operatint people:10,000t production line needs 6-8 workers.
 
3.Technology
 
1)The large-model equipments is the automatic production line. The medium and small model are semi-automatic production lines.
 
2)The whole production line adopts the advanced adjustable remote fixted temperature heating system, which reachs the leading level of the world.
 
3)The whole procession of splitting scrap tire into fuel oil and carbon black production is conducted in the close equipment.
 
4)Due to the remote fixed temperature feeding the device does not contact the heat source directly. Besides, the equipment adopts the advances low temperature depolymerization cracking technology. All of those greatly enhance the safety performance and equipment longevity ( zero damage in theory).
 
5)The depolymerization splitting under normal pressure and low temperature ensures well-proportioned split material and accurate heating. Besides, with the action of the low temperature and efficient catalyst, it can also realize through splitting high oil collection rate, top-quality oil product and super carbon black. With the technique the scrap tire can be totally converted into products of high-additional value.
 
6)Equal and accurate heat feeding and heat bearing(the range of temperature control error kept as -/=1?) have the functions of both supplying the needed heat for the technique and reclaiming the remaining heat to realize supreme thermal sfficiency and energy saving.
 
7)With the continuous feeding and discharging the oil production is not only efficient and high yield but also can realize long-term normal operation.
 
8)The equipment adopts the patent splitting scrap tire into fuel oil technology with the lowest operation cost and the utmost economic benefit in the world now days.
 
4.Production safety:

The adoption of remote fixed temperature heating, low temperature depolymerization and other technology realizes automatic input and output and thus ensures safe,efficient,

Introduction Fo Waste Plastic Recycling Plant
 
( Production Line of Waste Plastic Which Is Produced Liquid Fuel Oil ) 
    The equipment utilizes advanced technique andequipment and owns reasonable technique and equipment design can split waste plastic into liquid fuel oil (after fractionation adjustment will get high quality automotive fuel) and minimum incondensable gas hrough pyrolytic reaction.
 
    The design of the whole technique and equipment is very reasonable and the whole production procession takes places in close condition and thus eliminating the environment pollution, realizing energy recycling and achieving admirable environmental, social and economic benefit.
 
 
The whole production line can be divided into nine sections:

Waste plastic preprocessing system,
Raw material pre-heating system,HCL absorbing system,Recycling heating system, Continuous pyrolysis system, Fixed temperature wax removal system, Exhaust scrubbing ystem, Gas clarification system and Waste residue decontamination procession system.
 
The equipment has the following that is not available in other systems:

1. The pyrolysis reactor employs an advanced solid medium of strong heat storage and
release ability, realizes dynamic heating and dynamic heat supply. Heating area of pyrolysis material is hundred times more than other equipment and the heating is extremely even, therefore thorny problems such as low heat conductive rate and coking exist in any other technique and equipment are radically solved.

2. Strong applicability of the system allows no need to sort out and clean the waste plastic.
Adoption of catalysis pyrolysis technique in two steps leads to high oil production rate Without unwanted substances such as lead, nitrogen and other matters and high quality fuel oil which absolutely meet the requirement of automotive oil.

3. Flexible Operation and low operation cost.

4. The production is fully automated industrial continuous production and the productivity
 is efficient.

5. Incondensable gas after scrubbing can be totally recycled to the heating system.

6. The temperature and wind quantity of the gas clarification system can be automatically
adjusted and controlled. The gas sorbent has strong adsorbability to eliminate all contaminants in the gas, such as H2S,CL2,CO,CO2,SO2,SO3,NOX,CS2,NH3,oil and other organic compounds and solid particulates. Therefore the emission parameters will meet the
emission standard of any industrial country.The equipment with characters of continuous production, high automatic degree, high production efficiency, excellent safety performance, environmental performance, social benefit and economic benefit can be widely applied in the industrial production.
