Household Aluminum Foil Rewinding and Cutting Machine
GOCO-650 household aluminum foil rewinding and cutting machine, as a type of advanced domestic production equipment for food preservation material, is used for automatic glue blending, rewinding, measuring length and cutting for foil materials, which is suitable for the processing of wrappers such as household aluminum foil etc. and preservative film and can coil aluminum foil coil into 3m to 300m small coils.
CPIH programmable controller produced by Japanese OMRON Company is taken as the core of the machine. With human-machine interface control, it can realize the automation in top pipe, receiving material, glue blending, rewinding, measuring length and cutting etc. In addition, PLC programmed control is applied to the length-measuring device of aluminum foil. The operation speed of machine tool is controlled by vector transverter. The running of sqirrel cage is driven by imported AC servo motor.
Therefore, the machine boasts the advantages of high automatization and efficiency, few trouble, better safety and reliability and easy for operation.
