    In order to help aluminum profile enterprises reduce their production cost, exalt their competitive power and meet the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements at present, our company has developed a new-generation energy-saving, environmentally friendly and high-efficiency hot-type combustion system. As it involves the regenerative heat exchange technique which is the most advanced internationally, thus fundamentally solving the problems of high production cost and serious pollution in aluminum melting furnaces, the system has become the direction of development for the 21st-century¡¯s aluminum melting furnace combustion matching systems.

    Highly efficient thermal-storage combustion units shall be used in pairs, needing timing commutation. When one of the units heats air and burns to supply heat, the other will store energy via the regeneration body, which is carried out repeatedly and alternately, thus making the heat in fume recovered, and in the meantime, preventing the two heating point of an original furnace from maintaining high temperature so as to ensure that the loss in burning drops remarkably.

    The combustion system is suitable for the use of different fuels such as diesel oil, heavy oil, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.

    The combustion system¡¯s optimum pipe network arrangement and intelligent control subsystem plus professional personnel's reasonable debugging can ensure optimum and stable energy conservation.

    The combustion system¡¯s configuration of its optimum wind supply subsystem and induced air subsystem can ensure that all fumes will be sucked by the induced air machine but will not flee from the furnace door, as the latter case will burn down the furnace door.

    The combustion system¡¯s intelligent control subsystem can ensure that the system works in the best economic mode in cooling and heating the furnace and at high temperature.

    The combustion system¡¯s intelligent program control ensures that operation is easy, simple and safe, no longer worrying about an accident caused by faulty operation.

    The combustion system¡¯s full-automatic ignition control and fire-monitoring subsystem makes manual ignition unnecessary and gives no black fumes to make factory buildings dirty.

    The system¡¯s reasonable structural design will remarkably extend its service life.

    The alternative use of the system¡¯s two burners prevents a heating point from sustaining high temperature, making the loss of burning drop obviously, the combustion-supporting air at 900 ¡æ or so makes combustion more sufficient, and the heat recovery in high-temperature fumes remarkably lowers fuel consumption.
